Located in Los Romanes, a charming village in the Malaga municipality of Viñuela, the villa has two floors in which the rooms are distributed as follows:
The main floor has an American kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge that connects to a spacious living room with fireplace from which you can access a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a toilet on this same floor.
Going down the stairs you access the ground floor, where the three bedrooms are. One with two single beds, another with a double bed and a last bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
Next to the terrace with barbecue and views of Lake Viñuela, outside you can also enjoy a private pool.
The pool is heated from November to April at an extra cost. The maximum water temperature is 26ºC, depending on the outside temperature.
