The restaurant and bar are open during the May holiday and from 4 June until 17 September.; the swimming pools are open from the May holiday until the end of September (weather dependent). The restaurant offers panoramic views across the valley. The chef's seasonal menu is always based on local and regional products and specialities from the Dordogne/Lot regions, including duck, goose liver pate and wines from the Bergerac, Pecharmante and Cahors regions. Of course, there are also special menus for children and vegetarians. The surroundings are characterised by a vast landscape and rolling hills. A meandering river, the Dordogne, and the most beautiful French cities and villages. With its hilltop location just outside Souillac, the resort offers some stunning views of the Dordogne valley dotted with numerous castles among endless forests and fields.
