This substructure also features a fully equiped kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, kitchen facilities, lounge and outdoor toilet.
Indoor Kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.
Kitchen towels are provided.

The starting up of the swimming pool heating is only at the request of the tenant.
For an optimal result, this is done 3 days in advance.
For this, 100 euros is charged for start-up and energy costs.
The consumption costs for heating the pool are always at the expense of the tenant and are calculated via a separate meter.
Rental prices that can be found in the 'rates' section are for an occupancy of up to 6 people.

Ground floor consists of an entrance hall, bedroom 1 with double bed and looking out to the street, bedroom 2 with double bed and double sofa bed also looking out to the street, bathroom 1, living room and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent covered terrace with amazing sea view. This terrace has 2 tables with 12 chairs, a lounge and extra combi fridge.
Other floor consists of room 3 with 2 single beds and a bunk bed looking out to a terrace, room 4 with 2 single beds and terrace with lounge and sea view, room 5 with double bed, en -suite bathroom and terrace with sea view.
Bathroom 3 with bath and separate shower. Furthermore, a TV room with double sofa
bed.
I also rent out my 2 mini vans, that have a fully comprehensive car insurance, parked in a secure parking lot at Alicante Airport .
VW Caddy Maxi has 7 seats and luggage space, Citroën Jumpy has 8 seats and luggage space.
Both have airconditioning.
There is a shuttle service that takes you from the car park to the airport and vice versa.
Key of the car is available and delivered to the parking manager. No loss of time on arrival or departure, no extra expensive insurance.
Warranty depends on term and period of rental.
