Villa Simca is composed of two terraced houses, the Campanette and the Pitcholine built in 1975 by Simone Beck, great chef and authorof numerous works published in the USA including "Mastering the Art of French cooking" with her friend and collaborator Julia Child (film Julie and Julia with Meryl Streep in 2009)
Built on a 5 hectare Bramafam family estate where Julia Childhad her own villa, Villa Simca offersan exceptionnal setting surrounded by nature and a semi wooded plot od 10,000m2 with a dominant view of the Brague valley, the provençal village of Plascassier and the Alpes de Haute Provence.
It us an ideal place, classified as nature, to relax with family where festive gatherings are unwelcome.
The 15 x 5 meter private swimming pool is an exceptionnal place for rest and sport due to its dominant south-facing location, less than half an hour from Cannes and Nice Côte d'Azur.
