The property can be reached via a very short stretch of dirt road (30 meters), once past the gate you immediately have the feeling of being on holiday. The parking can comfortably accommodate 4 cars under the pergola, the property is completely fenced.

La Piccola Oasi is located a few minutes drive from Todi and half an hour from Perugia. Inside, traditional Italian architecture meets modern comfort in a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, four charming bedrooms and 3 recently renovated bathrooms.
The entrance is on the welcoming and modern living area with sofas and armchairs, through an arch you reach the kitchen with a long dining table and a comfortable kitchen with peninsula.
Going towards the sleeping area we find a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.
In addition to the main house, this property consists of a charming annex with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom that can accommodate up to three people in a double bed and a single. There is also a pool house (with double bed) under the main house with a fully equipped bar, kitchen and bathroom.
