Darling "gingerbread house" cottage close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Constructed in 2019, this cottage has all the conveniences you need for enjoying a weekend of Razorback sports or a visit to explore Fayetteville and the Ozarks. Furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind, no detail was overlooked. The home is located minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, the Dickson Street entertainment district and the beautiful Fayetteville square. This property is also one minute from the new Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain which has miles of world class cyclo cross and mountain biking facilities. We are a close 20-25 minute drive to the Rogers and Bentonville area as the property is one minute from the I-49 interstate.

Please - No smoking ever inside or on the property. We would ask that if you have to smoke, that you choose to stay somewhere else. This is a smoke free property. It would not be acceptable to smoke outside and then enter the property. We do not want the smell of smoke anywhere on the property .

This cottage is two stories. Downstairs you will find the open floor plan includes the living area and kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower and bedroom/den with daybed and access to the fenced backyard/patio area. Upstairs are the master bedroom and an additional bedroom which both have queen beds and full bath with tub and shower.

This is a very safe neighborhood, with dozens of nearby places to eat. Coffee shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores such as Wal Mart, Aldi and Walgreens are just around the corner.
One or two parking space(s) on the property in the driveway are available. Please do not park on the street.

Please, no inquiries regarding more than 5 people, this includes children. Please no sleeping on sofa.
Please NO Pets. NO exceptions.
Large gatherings of any kind are prohibited though it would certainly be acceptable to have local friends/family come and visit you. However, to plan on inviting out of town guests to meet for a planned gathering is not acceptable. For example, hosting others for ceremonies or social events is not acceptable. If you are unsure about anything, please ask.
