Holiday house with whirlpool and sauna for recreation. Located in walking distance to the sea at Als Odde, on a large and undisturbed nature plot. Inside spacious kitchen / living area with wood burning stove and energy efficient heat pump. From here you have access to a partially covered terrace area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two further rooms, each with a bunk bed. In addition, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of them additionally with whirlpool and sauna, as well as a practical guest toilet. In the outdoor area you will find a large grassy plot with plenty of space for ball games and playhouses, swing, sandpit and scaffolding for the younger ones. The house also includes a 13 foot glass fiber boat including 4 life jackets (use only at your own risk!). No rental to youth groups desired!
