We are excited to announce a full remodel and renovation of our Kiawah villa to make it one of the most elegant and comfortable villas on the island. We have spared no expense on the hundred thousand dollar makeover that was lead by one of the top area decorators Shannon Bogan (S. Bogan Designs). The remodel included all phases of the villa to make it one of the premier rentals on the entire island. Some of the features include hardwood flooring, custom cabinets, stone countertops, high end stainless appliances, custom tile walk-in shower and tile floor in the bathroom. All new lighting, faucets, sinks and plumbing hardware were included in the renovation. New furniture and decor has been hand picked by our interior designers. Also the size of the bathroom was enlarged with custom closets added in the bedroom and bathroom. A dining bar area will increase the living space along with flat screen tv's in the villa both with HD CABLE, HDVR and HIGH SPEED internet 50MBPS. This remodel will give our guest luxury accommodations to match the wonderful island and ocean views from our oceanfront villa. Please check out the new pictures. Area: Kiawah Island is a private gated island located 35 minutes south of historic Charleston, South Carolina. In Charleston you can take a walking or horse drawn carriage tour, visit antique shops, theatres, galleries, museums, and upscale shops. Dining options in Charleston are extensive. Kiawah is about 35 minutes driving time from the Charleston airport. Nearby Seabrook Island offers charter fishing, boat rentals and horseback riding.
