Villa Karmele is a beautiful privately owned villa which is managed locally by our management company . It boasts two separate kitchens and tv rooms on different floor leaves the first floor is ideal for chilling out with its wrap – around balconies, the ground floor kitchen open onto the garden with fully furnished barbecue area , with full size swimming pool .

Villa has also 2 living room equipped with luxury sofa suite, DVD, LCD TV, satellite re-ceiver, table and chairs.
Villa has also 2 kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toast-er, 4 oz, electric kettle, cutlery, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, water and tea cups. There is patio by the pool equipped with umbrellas and loungers.

GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING
Villa DEREK 4 is delivered to our guests cleanly. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.
