Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Situated on a vast 2.5-hectare plot, enclosed by an automatic gate, the villa offers ample parking space. A covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, hosts a large dining table, patio heaters, and a gas barbecue. The extension features a spacious terrace with a dining table, parasol, and a lounge set. The heated swimming pool (14mx5m) is secured with a fence and an automatic cover.
