Despite being just 40 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa exudes a sense of complete tranquillity, enhanced by its somewhat bumpy access road that leads to a secluded and private environment.
The villa has been lovingly restored to maintain its original character, consisting of five separate apartments connected under one roof. This layout makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or colleagues who wish to holiday together while retaining some personal space and privacy. Each apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (some with sofa beds), and an en-suite bathroom. The central part of the finca features a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace, perfect for cooking large meals, as well as a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two fridges, two dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, and a cooker, catering to guests who enjoy preparing their own meals.
Outside, Villa Gilderoy offers an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas hob, dishwasher, sink, and a professional BBQ. A shaded pergola provides seating for up to ten guests, making it the perfect space for al fresco dining. The grounds also feature a large pool (10 x 4.5 meters), a Jacuzzi, and multiple chill-out areas scattered across the garden. Please note, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, charged 30 days before arrival and collected via credit card. This deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, pending an inspection of the property. Additionally, certain amenities and features, such as pool towels and air conditioning, are included, but guests should confirm if any other services may incur additional charges during their stay.
