You are responsible for disposing of the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you're not at home or when it's not needed. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent cold or hot air from escaping.
Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
