Close to Arcachon, Bordeaux, and in the middle of the Landes nature park is the pleasant town of Salles with its lovely shops and terraces. The river l'Eyre also runs through the village, near Résidence Château de Salles, and is ideal for an exciting canoe trip and a dip in the water .
