The main bedroom has a King-size bed and private bath, and the guest room has 2 twin beds connected to a full hallway bath. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that is full size, and there is one air mattress for larger family trips. Max occupancy of 6 adults and groups of 8 total including children. Parking for 2 cars is provided under and directly in front of the carport just below this 2nd story condo. Just a half-mile (5-10 min) walk along the yacht harbor to the Isle of Palms Marina or past the golf course and gates to the beach.
