Large, comfortable cottage in the perfect location, steps to the famous Southampton Beach and Gerry's fries. You can also walk into town along the boardwalk and enjoy all the shops, restaurants and of course the bakery!
The cottage features 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas to enjoy each with a Smart TV and cable.
Outside, there is a large wrap around deck with plenty of seating, a dining table and barbeque. There is a fire pit and plenty of room for outdoor games.
4 bicycles are available for use.
Parking for 3 cars
Please bring your own bed linens (blankets, bed sheets, pillows), bath, beach and kitchen towels.
Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday).
