Set on a large estate with a vineyard in Rieux-Minervois, this is a 2-bedroom villa. The villa has a shared heatable swimming pool to take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. It is ideal for a small family or 4 persons. The little village of Rieux-Minervois is near the famous 'Canal du Midi'. Wonderful hiking routes follow this canal and you can also rent a boat. If you love walking by waters, there is a river at 2 km to fulfill your wish. The town center and grocery stores are located at 3 km. When you don't cook, you can eat at one of the restaurants at 3 km. If you fancy a day by the sea, you can drive 35 km for a pleasant experience. To wash up after a swim, the pool house has a shower. You can be on the private furnished terrace to start your mornings with a beautiful view and end your evenings with barbecued meals. Children would love playing on the playground and table tennis. There is a garage to park your car. Heating pool 120 euros per week The airport is 26 km. The train station is 35 km.
