The property underwent a complete renovation in 2019, ensuring a beautiful and cozy ambiance throughout. The highlight is the impressive living/dining room, spanning 100 square meters and featuring an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a flat-screen TV. French doors lead out to the terrace, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, there is an open room of 20 square meters overlooking the courtyard, complete with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC.

Amenities Included

Your stay will be enriched by a range of amenities, including a large, open kitchen equipped with four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (available at an extra cost). The kitchen also features a cooking island and a flat-screen TV, making meal preparation a delightful experience.
