Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, BBG Grill, including pool, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, limited parking (10 Cars only), washer, and dryer.

The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. During the week of $th of July any last minute reservation will be subject to a $1500 Security Deposit.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
