The spacious ground floor of the villa offers an open-plan living space, with a sitting and dining area that overlook the pool terrace and a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen. The entirety of the villa is impeccably furnished, with white marble flooring, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and all the modern conveniences you could think of!
The villa's three bedrooms are spread over the two floors, with one twin bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room. This bright bedroom is a particular favourite with our younger guests that want to be first out in the pool each morning! The large master bedroom is on the first floor, complete with an elegant balcony and breathtaking views. A walk-in wardrobe leads you through to a stylish en-suite with a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower – it is impossible not to relax. A corridor leads to the third en-suite bedroom with more picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and accesses out to the balcony.
With views like these, it is no surprise that the outdoor living spaces are equally as special as the interiors. You can relax for hours by the fabulous infinity pool, soak in the peace and quiet on the balcony, or embrace the privacy of the back terrace whilst enjoying the views. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor furniture adorn the terrace, as well as a fantastic barbecue area with a bar, sink and counter.

Moradia Canhas sits atop a high point on the Madeira coast near Ponta do Sol, with views that stretch out across both the sea and countryside. The town of Ponta do Sol, four kilometres from the villa, is one of the oldest towns in Madeira. Small, winding pedestrianised streets weave around this picturesque town towards the seafront, with trendy bars and cafes creating perfect stop-offs along the way. Nearby the village of Canhas offers a larger supermarket, cafes, and a pizzeria, as well as a pharmacy and bank within two kilometres.
For convenience, the airport is only a 40-minute drive away, and Madeira’s capital, Funchal, is an easy 30-minute drive along the Expressway and Motorway. Whilst most of the villas in Madeira require a car to access them, this stylish property is accessible without one. However, there is still plenty of room for two cars at the villa, and it does make it easier to explore all the wonders on this emerald Isle!
