With capacity for up to 10 people, this single-storey house is designed for large families or groups of friends looking for comfort, spaciousness and a quiet environment.It has five bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a spacious and bright living room, ideal for relaxing or sharing good times together.

Air conditioning: in summer, the house has split air conditioning with heat and cold pump in the living room, while in winter, each bedroom has electric radiators for your comfort.
