Es Boscarro it's a stunning property with 14000m2 of land and showcases a spacious living area of 500 square meters. It's surrounded by lush gardens, swimming pool and plenty of comfort gadgets that will make your stay perfect.
The property is divided in two floors and offers 4 bedrooms (one downstair and three upstairs) and and 4 bathrooms in total, two are en suite, one is shared and the last one is used as an outdoor guest bathroom located close to the pool and garden.
Every room is thoughtfully furnished with air conditioning and radiators, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your utmost comfort regardless of the season.
Transitioning from the cozy lounge, you'll find yourself in a bright and inviting living space adorned with sofas and a fully equipped entertainment system. Indulge in leisurely moments with a DVD and CD player, Internet and Netflix access, and an iPod docking station and a Play Station game console. Within the same area, a grand dining table awaits, providing ample seating for all guests. Abundant arched windows flood the space with natural light, creating a serene ambiance.
The elegant and fully equipped kitchen is exquisitely appointed with stovetops and modern appliances and much more. Spices, 5 types of coffee machines, baking trays etc are only some of the items included in this chef-like kitchen.
A nice gymnasium offering ample space and ideal equipment such as treadmills etc. is available for the guests. The gym also has a storing and repairing space for bikes so it makes the property even more well-equipped for those spending a cycling holiday.
Heading to the first upper floor we'll find another dining area which can be used as a work space, a film / reading room with plenty of armchairs, magnificent views and a terrace with sofas which makes it the perfect set to bask in the last sunshine of the day with a nice drink and a book.
The exterior of the property features a magnificent swimming pool, measuring an impressive 15x5 meters, accompanied by a beautiful and relaxing outdoor seating area complete with chill-out sofas and draped curtains. Completing the outdoor amenities are an exterior shower and a separate WC.The house offers a heated Jacuzzi and a delightful infrared sauna overlooking the pool add an extra touch of luxury. The vast expanse of lush lawn provides ample space for unrestricted play, while additional recreational facilities such as table tennis, football posts, and billiards are also available.
If you are a barbecue enthusiast, you'll be pleased to discover two barbecue stations at your disposal (one gas-powered and one charcoal-powered).

However, it's important to note that Es Boscarro is designed as a tranquil retreat, and therefore, parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. Arrivals from 16:00 h / 20:00 h. If clients arrive between 20:00 and 23:00 there will be a fee of 65€. For check ins after 23:00, a fee of 100€ will be charge in cash on arrival.
