Villa Stella is located in a fenced and landscaped garden of 700m2, which is very suitable for families with children and pets and young people. It is only a 5-minute walk from the sea and the beach. The location is very quiet without traffic, surrounded by nature.
A heated pool of 45 m2, a sun deck with deckchairs and an outdoor bed, a covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue with equipment will make your stay relaxed. There is also a storage room for bicycles and parking for 8 cars. On the terrace of the second floor there is a whirlpool with a beautiful view of the sea.
The swimming pool is not in operation from 01.12 - 28.02.
Your electric cars will be charged by our charger installed in the parking lot.

Our guests can reach Medulin in just a few minutes' drive (sandy beach, entertainment for young people and children, food and drink offer, shops...), Pomera (restaurants with top cuisine, beaches, marina...), Premantura (park Kamenjak with beautiful beaches, open and clear sea) ... Proximity to the highway and local roads allows quick access to Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park, central Istria...
Villa Stella, a new and modern holiday home with 7 bedrooms and a wellness penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea and Medulin Bay.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. This area overlooks the pool and a covered terrace that has a large dining table, gas grill, sun loungers, table tennis and a playground. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a toilet and a space for washing clothes.
On the 1st floor there are also three bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as a work area for working with a computer. Every room offers a beautiful view of the sea, pool and nature.
The 2nd floor has the special feature of Villa Stella – a 70 m2 penthouse apartment with a large covered terrace, a whirlpool on the terrace and a sun deck. The terrace offers a beautiful open view of the sea, Medulin Bay and the surrounding nature, as well as the towns of Pomer and Medulin. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with its own bathroom, a sauna with an open view of the sea, a living room, a mini kitchen and an additional bathroom.
