Appliances include a new large Subzero refrigerator, a new Miele dishwasher, new microwave, oven, and gas cooktop, and all you need to brew the perfect cup of freshly ground Kona coffee. During your stay at the villa you will enjoy the WHOLE HOME SOUND SYSTEM, a TV in each bedroom, Apple TV, DVR, Cable TV, DVD player and a small DVD collection. You can record your favorite TV shows and televised sports events while you are out for the day and come back to watch them at your convenience.

The Mauna Kea Resort has offered world class service and amenities since 1965, including two magnificent beaches, nine restaurants, oceanside tennis courts, spa facilities, and 36 holes of championship golf. With a Resort Amenities Card, guests have the same access to both Hapuna and Mauna Kea Resorts as hotel guests, with private hotel parking access, fitness room access, reduced golf and tennis rates, complimentary pool and beach amenities, and charging privileges throughout the resort.
The villa is 30 minutes from the Kona airport. While there are several 'villas' listed in this section of VRBO and Home Away, potential renters should be aware that many are located on the opposite side of the highway, well away from the beach. This villa is located in the one and only Mauna Kea Villa community, with a 5-10 minute walk to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.
