La Corte dei Poeti is located in the heart of Umbria just a few kilometers from Todi. Completely surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view of Todi: practically the same landscape that existed in the fifteenth century as it is totally immaculate. Only at 1,5km from the nearest center: a medieval village with, in addition to two supermarkets and bars, one of the restaurants most frequented in the area. In addition, the village in August is home to a characteristic medieval festival. Within 3Km you can find pharmacies, spas, clay pigeon shooting and an equestrian center that organizes walks in the surrounding countryside. Todi is only 8 km from the farmhouse and within a radius of 30 km you can reach the centers of Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Assisi and Deruda.
Description
La Corte dei Poeti is a luxury solution made by a farmhouse, immersed in the breath-taking atmosphere of a forest.
The house is on three levels with the addition of a depandance a few meters from the main building. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor: two with ensuite bathroom and two with shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located in the depandance with a bathroom, living room and private patio. Living room, dining room, relaxation room and kitchen are all on the ground floor overlooking the outdoor patio with a view. The level below houses the gym and a bathroom serving the infinity pool (180sqm) with whirlpool.
The property is an old farmhouse of 600 restored in full respect of materials and styles of the era by my husband and my son both architects.
The structure of the house is characterized by maximum comfort: immersed in silence with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and breathtaking sunsets over Todi.
