Pefkos Sea Serenity Villas are 3 brand new stone built villas each with its own private swimming pool and BBQ area. This specific listing at Vrbo includes 2 out of 3 villas. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living area with 2 sofas and a TV, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms provides a double bed, whereas the other one provides 2 single beds. On the first floor there is another kitchen and living area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed.
Finally, on the second floor, is the master bedroom with a large double bed and its own en suite bathroom. Traditionally on the top floor, you would find the captain’s room. Situated on the highest point and built with large windows, the captain’s room provides a vantage point, which in the old days, would allow the captain to observe the weather and check on the boats in the harbor. Both the first and the second floor feature large balconies where you can relax enjoying stunning views of the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Mediterranean sea as well as the pool view.
The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utilities of a modern family to allow the preparation of your meals. Amenities include: an oven, 4 electric rings, a microwave, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer underneath.
