Our rancher sits on a 10,000 sq. ft. corner lot, backs on the desert wash, has STUNNING VIEW of the mountain and city.


The neighborhood Pub & restaurant Thompson 105, an Open Table Diner's Choice Award Winner, is just down the road. Honor Health Medical Clinic, Scottsdale Community & Aquatic Centre, gym and waterpark, Arabian Library, AJ Fine Foods, Safeway, restaurants and shopping are minutes down the road. Our backyard is private, with green hedges around, back on the Wash with lots of birds visiting! We have a HUMMING BIRD FEEDER! A great place for bird watching! You will enjoy a large covered patio. A RESORT STYLE swimming pool with water feature (5 lion heads), suitable for LENGTH SWIM and other water activities. Our spa/whirlpool is also there for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Both pools can be heated on request. WE ONLY CHARGE PER YOUR UTILITY BILL. FAIR! Also available is our outdoor BBQ grill and many of the outdoor furniture will help you fully enjoy your outdoor experience.
