The golf cart is The Villages' favorite mode of transportation; Bayou Place's excellent location, in the lovely Village of Sunset Pointe, is golf-cart close to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square Town Square and very close to Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center, a meeting place for endless and varied daily activities! Bayou Place has a one-car garage and room for your complimentary golf cart. Enter through the sunny screened lanai, a perfect place for morning juice or coffee, and an excellent spot for relaxing at the end of an activity-filled Villages' day. The dining room seats four for more formal dining. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an eat-in table and chairs for four, and added breakfast bar seating for three, for more informal fare. The compact kitchen includes all you need to create meals, but please do remember that The Villages' favorite hobby, apart from golf, is "Eating Out." You will find so many varied dining experiences in Lake Sumter Landing Market Square! The cuisines are truly international in scope, from Thai to Japanese to New York City! The roomy open-plan living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for quiet nights in. Further down the hall is the Master Bedroom, complete with a a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and the private Master Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom Two has a queen-size bed, an integral closet and is adjacent to Bathroom Two, with its tub and shower combination. The Town Squares are a very important and popular component of The Villages lifestyle. You will find unique boutique shopping, restaurants, eight-screen movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly (from 4:00pm to 9:00pm) on each square! Recreation Centers are another part of Villages' life. Recreation Centers offer free classes and activities, both indoors and out. Your neighborhood and regional rec centers have pools, whether they be family or adult, for your convenience, usually a short golf cart ride away. In your local or regional rec you can learn to line dance, play mah-jongg or try the local Drop into your local rec center for the list of activities on offer. You will be amazed. You are also centrally located for some excellent golfing. A short golf cart ride takes you to Cane Garden Country Club and Championship Course. You are also golf-cart close to Mallory Hill Country Club and Championship course. You are central, also, for Bonita Pass and Bacall and Bogart Executive Courses. Both Cane Garden and Mallory Hill provide excellent dining options, whether you choose to golf or just enjoy a dining experience. You will feel welcomed and relaxed as you open the front door to your "home away from home". The bedrooms and both bathrooms are supplied with extra towels and linens. This home comes with free WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch & putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
