A family owned 5 bedroom cottage on the Southern part or lake Manitouwabing in the Parry sound and Muskoka area. With over 400 ft of shoreline of its own, a great place for families and friends to enjoy the classic cottage experience; fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, wood stove, pool table, foosball, satellite TV, fire pit, boating, swimming and many more.

This is a family friendly cottage. If you plan to party, blasting loud music, leaving it dirty or doing drugs this is not the right address. Please read the house rules carefully.
House Rules:
- No Parties or events
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage
- Must book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction.
- No Shoes in the cottages.
- Don't move/relocate furniture.
- No loud noise at any time especially after 11:00PM (noise carries across the lake easily). Any noise fine from the city you are agreeing to pay it.
- Must take garbage with you minimum dump fee of $100
- Smoking or vaping inside the cottage will result in a minimum $1000 fine. Additionally we don't want to find any cigarettes on the beach or anywhere on the property - finding disposed cigarettes will lead to that fine.
- Don't leave dirty dishes.
- Don't leave open food outside.
- If it takes over 4 to clean after your stay, a minimum additional fee of $250. Make sure you follow the check out rules to prevent that fee.
- No glass outside - bring cans, not bottles. Broken glass outside will result in a minimum $1000 fine.
- Do not disturb any of the nature on the property (cutting trees, ripping off bark, touching plants/flowers, moving rocks, etc).
- Leave the cottage in good shape - the way it was when you arrived. Make sure the boats returned to it's place as you found it. Reorganizing boats comes with $100 fee if not returned to the way you found them.
