Description

This new, luxury chalet is located on a slope adjacent to the ski slope with ski-in / ski-out. Not on a park, but in a quiet and spacious location with ample parking space and yet within walking distance of the picturesque mountain village of Hohentauern with all amenities, such as restaurants, shops, bank, tourist information point, etc. The wooden chalet has a great view of the surrounding mountains and is a perfect base for hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing in summer. In winter you can go skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, hiking and tobogganing. The entire chalet, outside the basement, has underfloor heating. The living room has an attractive gas fireplace for those chilly evenings, digital TV and a sunny conservatory. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a Boretti induction stove with two ovens, microwave, a large fridge-freezer and div. kitchen appliances. Four bedrooms, two with a balcony. There is a high chair and a cot available and the upstairs staircase has a gate. In the bathrooms you will find a rain shower, bubble bath bath, hair dryers and a Finnish sauna. There is a large terrace around it with patio furniture. In the basement there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and games room, including digital TV and games. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot heating and an open garage. For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people

• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
