This second-floor, golf-course-front condo boasts a wonderful location in Panama City Beach, less than a mile from Goofy Golf and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Within an easy, six-mile drive, you can shop and dine at Pier Park, explore the serene landscapes of St. Andrews State Park, and spend a day with your family at ZooWorld, WonderWorks, or Ripley's Believe It or Not! The lovely beachfront communities of 30A begin just 13 miles up the coast as well.
One of the best features of this condo is its outdoor space, with private shaded balconies adjoining both bedroom suites. One provides a great spot for morning coffee while the other is perfect for afternoon cocktails, card games, and views of the passing golfers.
After a beautiful day spent at the beach or by the pool, come home to cool off in central air conditioning and toss your swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer. As you make yourself at home, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table to utilize at mealtimes, and a TV with cable and streaming capability in the living room. Both bedrooms offer TVs and attached bathrooms as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
