Villa Casa Anita is located in the heart of the Chianti wine region, in the village of Castellina in Chianti. This charming stone house, surrounded by greenery, is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Its small size makes it ideal for a romantic getaway for two or a small family vacation. At the foot of the villa there is an olive grove and a tennis court, as well as the all-important swimming pool overlooking the countryside. The villa can accommodate 4 guests.
The interior of the villa measures 70 m² and is spread over 1 floor. On the ground floor there is a rustically decorated cooking and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a variety of meals as well as a coffee maker. There is even a dishwasher, so you can relax without worrying about dirty dishes. The room is air-conditioned and stylishly decorated with many original details and wooden furniture. The indoor fireplace will warm you up on colder days, and when it's warm you can enjoy on the outdoor terrace, which is just a step away through the balcony door.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has 2 single beds - one of which is on the loggia, which can be reached via a staircase. The shared bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine.
The villa's outdoor terrace is a peaceful oasis of greenery that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Shaded by olive trees, with an alfresco dining area and sun deck, it is the ideal place for morning coffee or evening socialising. Or better still, both. There is also an outdoor barbecue area and, most importantly, fresh country air and plenty of trees whose rustling will help you relax and forget all your worries and problems. The house is part of a hamlet dating back to 1200 and has a separate entrance. The pool and tennis court are shared with other villas in the hamlet.
As well as providing the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday, the surroundings of the villa also offer something for those who like to spend their vacation actively. The area where the villa is located is rich in walking and cycling paths and is very popular with cyclists.
