- a fully-equipped separate kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.), opening onto a 2nd terrace and the garden
- a storeroom adjoining the kitchen (washing machine and tumble dryer)
- 2 bedrooms (140 and 160cm beds),
- bathroom (bath/basin/bidet)
- separate WC.
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and one for families (1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) + extra mattress),
- a shower room (shower / washbasin / wc)
Outside: enclosed, private, wooded garden of 1100 m² with two dining areas, barbecue, 3 deckchairs, possibility of parking vehicles in the garden.

Located in Andernos Les Bains, the liveliest commune on the northern Arcachon Basin, the house is ideally placed for cycling, with the cycle path 200 m from the house, the beach 5 minutes away and the town centre 15 minutes away by bike. Local shops are 300 m away (bakery, fishmonger's, greengrocer's, Carrefour Market). You can reach Cap Ferret in 30 minutes by car or by sea shuttle from the oyster port (see timetables).
