Cavtat is a charming coastal town, only 18 km from Dubrovnik and 5 km from Dubrovnik Airport, making it an ideal base for exploring southern Croatia. Nearby, guests can find restaurants, shops, walking trails, and cycling routes. In addition to enjoying the beach, visitors can explore Cavtat’s historic center, visit museums, or take a boat trip to Dubrovnik and the nearby islands.

The house covers 100 m2 across the ground and first floors, accommodating up to four guests. It features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm), wardrobes, air conditioning, and TVs. The modern living room includes a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen offers all necessary appliances, including a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cleaning supplies and an iron. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, plus an additional toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided in multiple sets.

Guests have access to a private heated pool (30 m2) with an outdoor shower, a spacious 15 m2 balcony with sea views, a garden with a barbecue, and a children’s playground featuring a slide and trampoline. Private parking is available.

A damage deposit of 700E is required. Check-in and check-out are flexible. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors is prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected. Children are welcome, but groups under 25 years old are not permitted.
