Description

Trullo Raldi is a charming two-bedroom villa in the heart of Puglia, offering an authentic retreat for up to four guests. The family's passion for hospitality dates back to 1980 when Castellana Grotte became a tourist destination following the discovery of its magnificent caves. With nearly 40 years of experience, we take pride in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay at Trullo Raldi, a beautifully restored 100-year-old trullo. Inside, the villa seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-cooked meals. The villa features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC completes the interiors. Outside, guests can relax by the private swimming pool, unwind on the pool terrace with sun loungers, or enjoy alfresco dining under the shaded veranda. A hammock invites afternoon naps, while the barbecue is perfect for grilling local delicacies.  Located near Castellana Grotte, Trullo Raldi provides easy access to stunning caves, historic towns, and the breathtaking Puglian coastline.

Trullo Raldi is ideally located in the heart of Puglia, just minutes from the charming town of Castellana Grotte. This historic town is best known for the spectacular Castellana Caves, an underground wonder of karst formations that stretch for kilometres. Visitors can explore the caves on guided tours, and for a truly magical experience, the SpeleoNight tour offers an exclusive nighttime visit. A few meters from Trullo Raldi, the Dinosaur Park provides a fun and educational adventure for families. It features life-sized dinosaur replicas, sounds, and movements that bring the prehistoric era to life. A short drive away, Alberobello enchants visitors with its famous Trulli houses, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing Puglia's unique architecture. Polignano a Mare, perched on dramatic limestone cliffs above the Adriatic, is perfect for scenic walks, charming cafés, and hidden beach coves.  Monopoli's beaches offer crystal-clear waters for sunseekers, while the Zoosafari in Fasano is a must-visit for animal lovers. History and culture abound in Ostuni, the stunning White City, and Matera, with its ancient cave dwellings. With its rich history, delicious cuisine, and stunning landscapes, Castellana Grotte and its surroundings make Trullo Raldi the perfect base for an unforgettable Puglian escape.
