Utterly spacious and well-dimensioned, the house contains 2 distinct bedroom sections, both consisting of a bathroom and an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. The living room is tastefully furnished and has a stereo set, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The activity room has table tennis, billiards, electronic darts and table football. There are more TV as well as a PlayStation4. In the garden you will find a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There is a charger for both electric and hybid cars. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.
