The separate dining room seats 6 comfortably and there are 3 additional bar stools in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also outside dining for six on the patio in the back of the home. The Villa is equipped with pool and beach toys/equipment along with 6 flat screen televisions for rainy days. Your children will also enjoy playing the X-Box 360 or watching their favorite show on the big screen tv in the loft. Rental fee includes use of the clubhouse, pool and cleaning costs. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the peak season June-September.
