Set on private land, this luxury, fully air-conditioned villa offers a private pool, a 130-sq.m, south-facing ipe wood terrace, a second terrace on the north side, high-speed Wi-Fi in the whole house, and linen. There is an extra bikewith 12 electronic programmes. There are four bedrooms, of which one has a bathroom,LCD television, DVD player, Hi-Fi, and mini bar. We include all mod cons: plasma screens, DVD player, and Hi-Fi in every bedroom, as well as wooden Venetian blinds. This new build from November 2007 is peaceful with all the comforts and tasteful designer decor. All bedrooms have their own televisions starting from 88-cm width, a DVD player, and CanalSat/TNT freeview. There is private parking for six cars, a garden enclosure, and an electric gate in wooden ipe measuring 4.5 m with a remote control and video surveillance. There are barbecues both inside and outside, a fireplace with a stainless steel insert, and a pool alarm system to Afnor standards.
