The Villa is ideal for groups of friends and families, up to 6 persons. However, more people can be hosted, in case that our guests wish so. Previous communication is needed so as for us to make sure that we can serve our guests properly.
The facilities are lined with wooden ceilings and decorated with embroidery and traditional objects, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment for your friends and family.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries and TV.
You will be welcomed with homemade local sweet and drink (liqueur).
At the desired time, free hearty homemade breakfast is offered, based on local flavours and products, such as homemade jams and preserves, delicious pies, fresh eggs (from our chickens), Greek feta, honey, season fruits (bananas, apples, watermelon etc). Everything is cooked with olive oil.
Apart from that, the fridge will be stocked in case our guests want to eat something during the day.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge capable to host foods that you may want to bring with you, apart from those that we offer to you.
Also, cutlery will be available at your service (including plastic plates if you prefer so).

About the Area
Our house is located only five minutes walk from the village of Portaria in a quiet area.
There is plenty of public area near the villa, where visitors can leave their car and also have eye contact with it.
The village offers facilities such as pharmacy, post office, restaurants, park, bus stop and a museum.
Additionally, we are 13 km from the city of Volos, where all other facilities can be found such as hospital, bus and train station, shopping centre, banks, more museums.
Also, the Villa offers access both to beaches across the Pagasiticos Golf and also to those located at east Pelion in open sea (Aegean Sea).
The nearest is located about 13 km from the villa, named Anavros. Next to it there are many other across the Pagasiticos Golf. These beaches are protected from any kind of wind and suitable for kids.
As for the beaches in Aegean Sea, popular for their natural beauty, visitors can reach Chorefto in about 33 km from the Villa.
Lastly, the villa is located 12 km from ski resort of Chania.
