Villa Mariva is a contemporary holiday house located in the peaceful and quiet surrounding of the village Kaštelir, on the western coast of Istria peninsula, just 8 kms from the coast. It is situated on a hill and it gives a beautiful view of the sea and all the surroundings. Villa Mariva is a perfect combination of the comfort of the contemporary house and traditional elements of the Mediterranean house. The living area is lit by a natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows which provide a natural connection between the indoor and outdoor area. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, small gym, laundry room, and toilet. The upper floor is intended for resting and sleeping, there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a big balcony with outdoor lounge set, a perfect place to read a book or just enjoy the beautiful view. The outdoor space contains a big terrace with a built in barbecue and outdoor dining area, lounge area, large illuminated heated pool, well-tended garden and lawns with a watering system. The terrace provides holiday experience for everyone's taste, whether you choose to relax in the lounge area, refreshing in the pool, sunbathing on the chaise longue or having a dinner al fresco at a beautiful sunset. Villa Mariva is also a good starting point for an active holiday. If you want to explore Istria, within 15-30 minutes drive you could find the most popular tourist attractions, historical centers or medieval towns of Istria, aquaparks for children and many beautiful beaches, places for windsurfing and diving or many attractive bike routs to explore the countryside.
