A cosy villa with a beautiful view to Spetses Island and the coast of Arkadia and Lakonia. The interior is designed and decorated to high end standards and it is equipped with all modern electrical appliances, as well as sat TV. An open plan kitchen is located on the first floor alongside the living room and two bedrooms with a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony and a spacious terrace with dining table is connected to the living room. On the ground floor there are two guest houses with private bathrooms and living rooms that host two couples with their children. All bedrooms have A/C and TV The villa is surrounded by a splendid garden with a large terraced area with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a dining table with six chairs.
