This family villa is the perfect holiday home if you're a big group of people. In this lovely home you'll find all necessary amenities and a lot of space. It has a 50m2 chlorine private exterior pool that's 10m long and 5m wide, a 250m2 paved garden and a nice 10x15 porch. Honestly, there's no lack of space. By the pool you'll find and exterior shower and in the porch you'll be able to share laughs and talks around its big table with lovely views to the main square. On the other side you'll find a second porch made of wood columns and a spacious table for 12 people next to the barbecue. ¡No worries when lunchtime comes! To protect ourselves from the sun you have a parasol and, if you want to get tanned, you can also lay down on some of its 10 sunbeds and really enjoy the Mediterranean weather. A bathroom with shower completes the outdoor area You can also enjoy the company of your local neighbors with whom you'll be able to have a lovely chat and learn more about the traditional habits that allows you to have a unique experience. Inside the villa you'll first see a big hall that connects the living and the dinning room. In the living room you can rest from the Majorcan sun just by turning the air conditioner on while watching satellite TV or enjoying a nice CD beat. When it comes to the dinning room, as we said, it's open along the living room. The sensation of space is amazing and it will allow you to have conversations with each other.
