On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Also on the ground floor there is an additional living room with an open kitchen. The front garden is an oasis of peace, equipped with a garden set and a lounge sofa where you can enjoy your coffee, tea or breakfast in the sun. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a games room, making the holiday home ideal for families with children and longer stays. There is a garden shed in the garden for storing bicycles, skis, sledges etc. Silbach is only 5 kilometers from the lively center of Winterberg. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful 9-hole golf course in Winterberg and the Poppenberg. From here you can easily access the extensive Winterberg ski area with its impressive 27 slopes to explore. Opposite the picturesque church there is a small supermarket with a bakery, butcher shop and an ATM for your convenience. If you are looking for a little more choice when shopping, you can go to the neighboring town of Siedlinghausen, where you will find a large Rewe market. There is also an outdoor swimming pool here for those who like water fun. For nature lovers, the holiday home offers direct access to beautiful forests that invite you to take relaxing walks. And when there is snow, there are opportunities for cross-country skiing adventures in the enchanting winter landscape.
