Mamma Patrizia overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands, in one of the most fascinating views of Sicily.
The villa is not even a kilometre away from the beautiful and renowned San Marco beach.
The whole house overlooks the panorama of the sea, visible from every room.
The rooms are spacious and full of light, exposed to the fascinating panorama.
Modern, elegant, comfortable, Mamma Patrizia is on two levels.
On the first we have the large living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms and one twin.
Right in front of the living room is a comfortable patio, totally facing the sea, ideal for enjoying breakfast, a good book, a meal or simply... the view.
On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor where we have a sitting room leading both to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and to a splendid panoramic terrace, furnished with a lounge and BBQ corner.
Bedrooms (4) and Bathrooms (3): two double bedrooms on the ground floor (one with en-suite bathroom with shower); one bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor; one double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom (with shower); one bathroom on the ground floor (shower).

PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL THE SUM OF € 150 IN CASH IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL CLEANING AND THE PROVISION OF BED LINEN/BATHING SET.

Electricity is included up to 100 kWh per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.

Check-in is until 22.00 h. In case of arrival after this time, there will be a charge of € 30 in cash to be paid on arrival.
