Our villa is very close to the entrance of Ula Akyaka and is between Azmak restaurants. Our villa has 3 floors and has 4 rooms and a bed capacity of 8 people. It has a position out of sight and has a unique view of the Azmak River on its front side. It has a unique environment where you can have a great time with your children or family.
Note: Minimum rental is 7 nights.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, (ground floor)
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom (2nd floor)
3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be combined), bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning (2nd Floor)
4. Bedroom: 1 single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, (2nd floor)
* There are clean linens and towel sets in the bedroom.
* Bathroom: There are 3 bathrooms (also 1 toilet). (1 parent)
* Hall 1: Sitting group (sofa bed can be opened), LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, (1st floor)
* Hall 2: Sitting group (sofa bed can be opened), LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, (ground floor)
* 1. Open Kitchen: refrigerator, kettle, quad stove, built-in oven, dishwasher, toaster, fork, spoon, knife, pans, tea maker, coffee machine (1st floor)

* Pool: There is a private swimming pool. (700cm X 400cm x 150cm)

* Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Living room and bedrooms are air conditioned. There is wireless internet in the villa.
* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. 1000 TL deposit is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
* Water and electricity (weekly usage quota of 200 kw) is included in the price. If the electricity is exceeded, the exceeded amount is requested.
