Nestled at the heart of C Villa, the Grand Coral Suite on the middle level epitomizes luxury living. It's a vibrant communal hub featuring a grand living room and a spacious dining area, comfortably accommodating all sixteen guests. The magnificent solid wood dining table sets the stage for memorable group meals, while plush sofas provide a cozy spot for post-dinner relaxation with coffee or cocktails.
Step outside to the expansive U-shaped terrace, where the beauty of the villa unfolds. It's an inviting space with ample loungers, perfect for all guests to soak in the panoramic views. The infinity pool, merging seamlessly with the sea horizon, is a visual marvel, complete with a striking contemporary sculpture of a yogi. The terrace's design, incorporating traditional Thai elements and lush greenery, offers both communal engagement and tranquil corners for solitude.
This level is a masterclass in architectural design, prioritizing the stunning panorama. Both the dining and living areas offer breathtaking views of the sea and distant mountains. The unique coral-themed two-bedroom suite upstairs adds to the villa's allure, boasting a private kitchen, living room, and luxuriously appointed spaces.
1. Free transfer is included for both check in and checkout.
2. Daily Maid Service is included in your stay. Cleaning and change of linen every 3 days.
3. Free parking. Free Wifi. Digital safe for valuables in each room. 24/7 villa security.
4. Electricity: we take a photo of the electric meter in your presence upon your check in and checkout. 200 units per day are included in your stay. Any extra electricity used will be charged 8 (eight) thai baht per kilowat (unit).
5. A refundable security deposit of 1.000 (one thousand) US dollars (or equivalent in other currency such as EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, THB) will be required upon arrival.
6. There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE the villa. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces of the villa. In case of smoking inside the deposit won't be refunded and an additional deep cleaning fee might be applied.
7. No all male groups allowed. No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
8. Direct customers only. No agents or 3rd party bookings will be accepted. The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
9. The guests are not permitted to organize and/or host any events or parties in the villa. If the guest gives permission to any third party to enter the premises the guest is solely and fully liable for the actions of the third party within the premises. No visiting guests allowed to stay overnight.
10. If any of the local law enforcement authorities needs to be notified or otherwise shows up at the premises for any reason connected to the behavior of the guest or any person the guest permitted to enter the premises, the deposit is forfeit and the guests have to leave the premises immediately.
11. By booking this property the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord against any and all claims of theft, personal injury, property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the theft, accident, injury or loss. By booking this property Guests expressly acknowledge that any insurance the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the guests and that they should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
12. Please treat the villa as if it was your own home. For any minor item damage (e.g. broken toaster, ripped or stained sheets) the item cost is charged to the guest at wholesale price. Any damage done should be assumed non-restorable unless the guest can prove otherwise. For any major breakage (TV, glassdoor, BBQ machine) the item is charged at a wholesale price and the deposit is forfeit.
13. No toilet paper in the toilet (blocked toilets are THB 3.000 penalty).
14. The white towels must not be taken to the beach or any outside location.
15. Please rinse off the sand when coming from the beach.
16. Only use cans and plastic cups around the pool. If glass shards get in the pool the guests are obliged to pay for the cleaning of the pool.
17. Close all doors and windows:
- when you are not in the villa,
- when any of the air conditioning units is running,
- when its raining outside.
18. Occasionally the villa may experience electric or internet outages that are beyond our control.
19. Please be informed that C Villa is for sale. As a result, there is a low probability of a maximum 15-minute real estate visit occurring during your stay. In the event of an actual visit we inform you of the time of the visit at least 24 hours in advance. All the visits are conducted in the presence and under the supervision of the owner/manager of the villa.
