The space
On the main floor, a grand entrance opens up to the luxury and amenities of a chef’s kitchen: including gas range, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, spices and any other kitchen tool you might need. A large fireplace, powder room, and stunning decor evokes the feeling of a 17th century château in the French countryside, with a modern flare.
The second floor has 2 magnificent, spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite and views overlooking the garden.
The third floor features 2 twin beds, along with its own powder room.
Every Wednesday Piéguts-Pluviers is host to one of the largest weekly markets in all of Dordogne, in operation since the 17th century, featuring 200+ exhibitors during the busy summer months. Once provisions have been secured, enjoy a meal at one of the numerous dining options available on the property.
A barbecue is available to guests.
The main floor offers a large oak dining table which seats 8. Off the kitchen, a large table seats 4 to soak in the morning sun. Have lunch or dinner under a large, beautiful pergola covered in grapevines. Enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun at the sectional near the pool.
The property features a magnificent pool measuring 12 ft x 30 ft. Lounge chairs, cushions and palm trees all included. For those looking to escape the heat by the pool, umbrellas and awnings are available as well. Speakers are set up poolside for those choosing to enjoy music.

The highlight of Piégut-Pluviers is the historical ‘Tour de Piéguts’, the remnant of a castle from the 12th century which was destroyed by Richard the Lionheart.
