Description
Protaras Villa 138 is situated in a large plot of land in a quiet area in the heart of Cavo Greko National Park and only few minutes' drive from the blue flag beaches of Konnos and fig Tree Bay.
The main house features an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas, flat screen TV and fire place. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bed, a family bathroom and two twin rooms. At the top of the house there is a roof garden that offers unobstructed sea views of Protaras and Cape Greco.
The main feature of the house is the large plot of plan which offers a large swimming pool with sun-loungers, tables, chairs, parasol and rattan sofa set. At the back of the house there is a fully grown field with peach, citrus, water-melons, olive trees and much more. There is also a good BBQ set and a traditional clay-oven.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet.
Protaras Villa 138 can comfortably sleep 6 adults in beds and also offers two baby cots but free of charge. At an additional cost there is also a separate bungalow with a further two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom so the villa can alternatively be rented with use of the bungalow for a total of 10 adults in beds plus children in baby cots. Protaras Villa 138 is located in a quiet location about about 1.5 km off Protaras - Cape Greco Avenue and only 5 minutes' drive from the Center of Protaras and 10 minutes' drive from the Centre of Ayia Napa. The nearest beach to the villa is the Blue Flag Konnos Bay famous for its white sand and crystal clear blue waters and is about 5 minutes' drive away.
Cape Greco coastline, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park complex, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape's weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.
At Protaras Villa 138 you can enjoy the best of both worlds. You can relax by the pool in a quiet area surrounded by a grown plantation, cut fresh fruit directly from the trees and within a few minutes’ drive be in one of the most cosmopolitan resorts of the East Mediterranean region and enjoy some of the best beaches in Cyprus.
A car is essential but the tranquility of the location completely makes up for the few minutes you need to drive to get to the center of Protaras or Ayia Napa. Please note that to get to the villa there is about 1km of non-asphalted road.
