Southern Dunes is 7 miles south of I-4 on US-27 and less than 90 Minutes drive from the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. It is a peaceful, gated community which is maintained to a high standard. The roads are quiet so it's safe to walk, jog or cycle around.

Leisure facilities including tennis courts, a fitness gym, community pool, children’s play area and clubhouse are all within a short stroll of our home. These are all freely available for you to enjoy.

The 12,000 sq ft clubhouse has an excellent restaurant and refurbished bar (the Tavern on the Dunes) with its seven TVs showing wall to wall sports. They serve breakfast, lunch, light snacks and a wide choice of bar meals 7 days a week. The happy hour, theme nights and free WIFI all give you more good reasons to visit the clubhouse.

Also within walking distance of our villas, are two large supermarkets, a number of good restaurants, fast food outlets and banks. The Wal-Mart Superstore is open 24/7 and has just about everything you might need during your vacation (food, pharmacy, clothes etc).

The award-winning, par 72 golf course is a good challenge for any golfer and was ranked No 6 in Golf Digest’s “Best Courses in the State”.

The peace and tranquility of the golf course surroundings, and close proximity to the attractions of Orlando makes it perfect for families looking to explore the Parks or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast.
