Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, 3408 Windsor is a stunningly remodeled villa offering expansive oceanfront views and inviting comfortable furnishings. The villa is situated along the Atlantic beaches and is surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, lagoons, fountains, and native trees. As you enter into the villa you will be greeted by an open floor plan that has been completely renovated in January 2019.  The renovations include new flooring and high hat lighting throughout the entire villa. There are also upgraded electrical outlets with built in USB charging ports throughout the kitchen for added convenience. A brand new whole-house water softening system ensures sparkling and clean water for each guest.   

The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, new cabinetry and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen includes everything guests need to cook meals for their party, while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a breakfast table with seating for 4 and an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. The main dining area is located by the entrance and features seating for 6. The wet bar off the dining area features a two zone wine cooler, sink and extra counter space.

The living space offers style and comfort. All new furniture includes a sofa, loveseat, two swivel rocking chairs and a 65" Sony 4K HDR LED TV. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen from the oversized windows, and the private balcony can be accessed through sliding doors in the living area and breakfast nook. 

The first master suite is located to the left of the living area. It is furnished with a new king bed, 55" Sony 4K HDR LED TV, cedar lined walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool with seating for two. The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower with 12" rain shower head, custom tile on the flooring and shower and a large double vanity with marble top. 

The second master suite also features a new king bed, door to the balcony, 40" LG HD LED TV, walk-in closet. This suite also features a renovated private bathroom with tile flooring, a large walk-in shower with a 12” rain shower head and a large vanity with a marble top and plenty of storage. 

The third bedroom features two new double beds, 32” LG HD LED TV, and access to the hall bath. This remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower with a 10" rain shower head and unique, custom tile accents throughout. 
Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children each with adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.
