Description
Open all year round. the property is a small 2 bedroom Self Catered Cottage that will sleep 2-5. Bedding and towels provided. Full kitchen with washer and dryer facilities. Also includes TV, VCR and DVD player. Free WiFi
It is situated in Canora which is a small town approximately 48 km north of Yorkton. The house is close to a golf course and three lakes for boating and swimming, Canora also has a public swimming pool that is open in the summer, with an area available for picnics etc.
There is a walking trail 1 minute from the house, which is also connected to the Urban Habitat Project which is an educational and interpretive green space within the town of Canora and contains interpretive stops along the trail.
In the winter there is skating at the local arena, we also have a curling club, the members enjoy meeting with new people. There is also ice fishing at the local lakes,you can get licences at the gas stations, we have a cross country skiing and snow shoe trail over the gold course, skiing at Duck mountain and the walking trail is open all year round.
